Here is my B1 with LSQR3 volume control.
I`ve build it 2 years ago works really well has a clean sound, no hum
Dont know why... but for me it sounds definitive better than the LSQR3 attenuator alone.

Here is a link to the 4th version of my liquid cooling experiments. The amp is a BA-3 with 24 output devices in SE form. Don't remember how many months ago this started - but I think we have turned the corner.😀
In your picture.....that brass thing with all the plumbing to the right of the amp? Is that part of the cooling system, as well?? More cryogenic cooling, I'm guessing...........(!)
Nice job, Bob....

That's actually a Trombolityc Stabalizer. It's very effective in focusing an amp builders efforts while combining diodes, resistors, transistors and toroids. Sometimes referred to as a "What it's all about" device. 😀
Thanks for the props.

WOW! very very impressive
Very nice indeed!
Could you give some details about the schematic, where did you get those heatsinks etc? PCB?
Thanks.

Just AWESOME, respect!!!
I am looking forward seeing your next project. We don't just build this things because we need them, do we... 😉

Famous last words.

Beautiful build. I like the pup who looks like he realizes that he is not the favorite thing in the house anymore.
Very nice indeed!

+1 Very curious about what the front end is.
we can't expect that someone post XA*.5 schematic in public
it's still in undisclosed category , by PL
that's my opinion , even if being most greedy boy ......
