PMI had several pcbs made for a small group of peoples. I do not know if he still has some available. PMI is absent from the forum since a while for personal difficult matters I believe...
In the mean time you can buy pcbs from Jim's Audio. He has been authorized by Bonsai to do so. Or you can organize a group buy too if the price is competitive with Jim's Audio...

Personaly I never have buyed boards from Jim before,I'm a little concerned regarding import taxes
I have ordered several pcbs form Jim's in the past and I have never paid any taxes. Normally for such low declared price it should be minimal if they exist in your country - I believe . It is more problematic for expensive parts or heavy parts where the carrier may have you to pay these taxes...
Maybe other members have different experiences though...

Jims Audio is licensed/authorized from Bonsai, it will be harder to get a better price. Never paid import taxes either. The items are not expensive enough

I bought the Jim's Audio boards. Is there a BOM posted somewhere? I asked Jim's and he gave me the link to Andrew's site. I downloaded the PDF but can't find the BOM. If anyone has one I would appreciate it. Did a search and still can't find it.
