hello everyone i recently bought a yamaha cr 600 which works nicely but the bulbs don,t work is there anybody out there that knows where i can get some replacements or can maybe point me in the right direction, many thanks in advance paul
some have put leds in place of bulbs , some small automotive 12v bulbs will work with some minor futzing I dont recall the bulb number but they are not hard to find got mine at NAPA autoparts for my Yamaha B2..

MOoly, I used these in my Yam 640, Mouser part# 606-cm2182. They were perfect for my Yam Receeiver... Rubber boots slipped in perfect. A bit of a pain soldering those dinky wires.

Its not me that needs them 🙂 Sounds like they might be just the ticket for our friend.

Go to Mouser.com and insert that part number in search and yes it's the long skinny bulb like original.....
I'd had spent many hrs researching these... I recomend replacing 1 bulb at a time, so not to screw up wires and ALL the bulbs need to be replaced, because some of the bulbs are hooked in series and draw diffenent currents. If you screw up the wiring, it can burn out the pwr supply for the bulbs. It's time consuming and not much fun, till your done....
