Ok, it seems like I *did* have a google account, whose existence I had forgotten.
It let me set a new password and access the page.
So everything's well.

It won't let me access the document, tried my e-mail address for password.

Close your browser (IE/FireFox/Chrome) or delete cookies.
Start your browser.
Copy/paste the link received by e-mail.
You can open the GoogleDoc, I've removed "private access".
All set here, everything looks good in my row. Awaiting PayPal request, although need to wait until Friday, discretionary funds are quite low ATM!
