by schematic Apex MX1, I use to stereo to mono preamp.
I combine it with the B500. results signal sounded perfect and does not eliminate the original frequency. thanks Mile. sorry my bad english.

I've tried it with the specifications provided by APEX, but I have a problem on Mute / Operate Relay does not work and the red indicator lights up, if you can help me APEX? I question my view on the schematic point 4 da 5 connected goto +6.3 V and point 9 to the ground, but the PCB layout I created only 4 only connect dots and point 5 is not connected to any section. please help Mr. Mile. sorry my bad language.

I've started this test project as a Practice (with some old components from my inventory) before I attempt to make 2 ML3 Pcbs with Apex's great design which has a better 3 band equalizer imho. I just was interested in the dual version of your post. 🙂
This project ( photo in the attachment ) will be my temporary solution until I make 2 ML3 tone controls. 🙂

I made this and found a weird problem. Apparently the sound is very good. The karaoke function is very good too.
But after some 5 minutes after power up, the sound becomes distorted or even stops when the bass control is at maximum position. And a sparking noise is coming.
When I reduce Bass a little everything becomes normal again.
There is no overloading of the source. No unwanted noise. The voltages are normal too. I am using +-15V dual power supply.
What can be the problem?
I followed the construyasuvideorockola.com and the pdf file in the download section but main problem is I don't know Spanish. So no help for me there for this trouble shooting. And here I didn't want to start another thread for this problem.
If anyone faced similar problem with this and resolved it, kindly help me out.

Yay! I remade the eq with Yiroshi's design and the problem is fixed.
Seems I messed up the PCB earlier.
I've been playing it since last 4 hours. Good sound! And No problem. 🙂
