Is the SJDP120R085 a good part for some Pass designs? Or is it better to go for the R100? Is it going to get some circuit time with you in your estimation? Thanks!

Yes, it is comparable in performance but operates at a different Vgs.

In an example of a single-ended Class A circuit biased at 1.5A and 18V Vds,
I get similar numbers with the Vgs at -4V for the 085 and 1.3V for the R100.

The choice between the two would largely be a matter of biasing convenience.

My supplier told me a few days ago that Slivovitz is currently unobtainable. I have only about an eighth of a bottle left in the freezer and I am just finishing up a batch of Slivovitz ice cream.

There has been some mention of the devices like C2M0080120D from Cree. Any coments towards similarities to the SS devices we like or audio uses in general?
I would aquire a few and try but available $$$ are tight right now...
