Hi,

I organise a GB for ES9023 DAC & PSU parts for EU DIYers only.
1° - I've got an active Mouser account. (Validation for substitute parts)
2° - Low Shipping costs : low weight of parts (no transformer, nor cases).
3° - Insurance & tracking : optional according to EU countries.
4° - Paypal only.
5° - Google doc list dedicated for the GB.
6° - Parts for PSU may be also supplied. Waiting for the official BOM.
7° - Kit prices are to be defined, based on Mouser costs + Paypal Fees + Shipping...

We won't save a lot with a GB, but there will be no minimum order.
Shipping won't be expensive, parts are mostly small & SMD.
As Jean Paul mentionned in the PCB GB, we will strictly stick to official BOM content and parts.

I'll be abble to give you more details on Monday, closing 10 July. (depends on parts availability)

Yes Rissen you're right, I've to mention that price will be as low as possible, no minimal order and cheap shipping cost.
I'm waiting for more informations about PSU components and alternative parts.

Good point ! The final version we have now has a transformer on the PCB. I did this because I don't want to hurt my eyes seeing proudly built DACs with potentially dangerous 230 V wiring/fuses etc. We also don't want participants to listen to lethal DACs. So the design is the same size as the DAC board with a fused PCB transformer. Phil (Korben69) please take into account that participants of some countries will need a 240 V version. AFAIK there is no 115 V in Europe but I am not 100% sure of that.

You will need a nice 250 V 1 A (at very least ) double pole mains switch and a 230 V mains power entry connector too. That could be a :

but an earned/PE IEC version will be more safe. I use C8 connectors all the time with small power devices but I am sure pages can be filled with the risks involved with unexperienced builders etc. so for safety's sake I have to advise these types like these either with or without power switch:
