I think only R8 and C2 has to be connected to signal GND.
And the two grounds (signal and power) always must be connected together, with a link or a resistor.

No two grounds must be connected separate to PSU GND, only link with 100nF. With wireing diagram as I suggest there won't be any hum and noise, amplifier will be quite dead without input signal as any commercial brand amplifier.

SONY clone not tested yet, my amplifier if I share pcb was fully tested. I share SONY schematics to give idea for some diyers with expirience to try this simple amp.

Sorry,i don't have it. APEX didn't share that pcb,that is some hing we will have to do by ourselves. Try to find APEX F100 with "Search" option here in forum,it has two pairs of 240/9240.
