Hi, can someone advise me if these transformers will work design old end dac salus shunt for DAC. I understand I need 9/12 volt 300ma x3.

10 v center tapped
EDCOR Electronics Corporation. PWRC10V2A-1

Any other suggestions of where to get such power transformers i the USA. For the I/V power supply I found a good 250v and 9 volt from Elcor, but cannot seem to find these 9/12v transformers easily besides those for lights. Would it be necessary to use a better quality audio transformer here?

thanks, John

I made a run of power transformers for the Salas shunt regulator and still have three of them. They are six 9 vac @ 200 ma windings and are heavily shielded to cut airborne radiation. A number of folks now have them in use. PM me if you are interested.

Hi Qhanghao!
I have a question to you. I''m building the Dac End 2 : i would use the 6DJ8. In electric diagram there is a 6 resistors of anodic: R16, R17, R18, R19, R20 and R20A while in pcb there is R15 too. Must I solder a 47K 2Watt resistor also there? Or not?

Thank you.
Antonio.
