Primus - Tommy the Cat and Primus live.
Les Claypoole on bass. A man who knows how to be creative with the bass guitar and his whamola ( single string on a crate ) which he fills in with on a couple of tracks. Excellent to my ears, nice and fresh (it was even fresher when they first came out but still....)
New Primus album out any day now! First new album for over a decade.

It starts around the middle so you may skip forward to the 22min mark.
Black Dyke Brass Festival Gala Concert: Part One - 2009
It was suggested to me that I try out brass band music and this is the first thing I came across. Amazing!!

Sweet, I was kind of hoping they would bring out some new material. That's great and I will be on the lookout for them. Les Claypoole is one hell of a bass guitarist methinks !!!!!!!!
I always like the track Regiment by Brian Eno myself. To be honest, apart from his collaborations with others or production techniques offered, I have not heard enough Brian Eno which is a shame I think. Even if he was said to have 'stolen' his ideas/techniques from Deutschland pre (and around the..) Kraftwerk era.
Booker T and the M.G's on vinyl today. My dad has an awesome collection he picked up whilst travelling. Some great Cajun on ACE records too are coming out later.
How do I get him to part with that treasure trove that he doesn't listen to anymore ??

Yeah, it's me too, this is the first disk from Eno.
I like Laurie Anderson's work chiefly Bright Red&Tightrope.
Brian Eno is participating in all songs almost on this disk.
Let this sound then now:

The autumn began at us. Quite late.
Anouar Brahem music suits the mood of the today's day (and for mine) the best possibly.

Pink Floyd - Hey You
Hey you, out there in the cold
Getting lonely, getting old
Can you feel me?
Hey you, standing in the aisles
With itchy feet and fading smiles
Can you feel me?
Hey you, dont help them to bury the light
Don't give in without a fight.
Hey you, out there on your own
Sitting naked by the phone
Would you touch me?
Hey you, with you ear against the wall
Waiting for someone to call out
Would you touch me?
Hey you, would you help me to carry the stone?
Open your heart, I'm coming home.
But it was only fantasy.
The wall was too high,
As you can see.
No matter how he tried,
He could not break free.
And the worms ate into his brain.
Hey you, out there on the road
always doing what you're told,
Can you help me?
Hey you, out there beyond the wall,
Breaking bottles in the hall,
Can you help me?
Hey you, don't tell me there's no hope at all
Together we stand, divided we fall.
Hey you, out there in the cold
Getting lonely, getting old
Can you feel me?

With itchy feet and fading smiles
