Emiter of Q7 is not connected to base of Q9 on your pcb.

2SA970 is better than 2N5401, bias 100mA is OK no need to go in class A.

bias=v/0.33 ---ma

Nice work, is this diy case or you use some from brand amp?

These cases are readily available at the local electronic suppliers here in the city, there are different sizes, with the holes ready made for volume control, tone control, on/off switch, input and output, fan, fuse... I just asked for one about 30 cms wide and depth, without tone control holes. Looks very professional 🙂

A970 replace Q1 and Q2 better than 5401,more smooth.
but, k170 better than A970 .do u have k170 in Q1/Q2 circuit ?

I am really Sorry to say so , but I need to know the exact procedure , Where to touch the multimeter pins And do I have to do it with each and every transistor, or Transistors per side.
