100Khz is not a good starting frequency for 2600W SMPS with that slow IGBT.
I advice you to start with PC SMPS as begining, then you skip to 2600W

No , it's not 2600w , the topic wast stareted a long time ago , but this i reopened it with a project of 5000w smps , full bridge , and phase shift , i need 97% effiecency

Vin 390 (after PFC)
primary side 13 turs of 40mm*0.1mm
insulated with kapton tape 35um thick
actually the primary is spilted in two :each 6.5 turns, betwen them is the secondary made by 2*7 turn also with cooper foil , i expect 2*180 v at 40% Duty.
For 5 kw i need 13amps , and that is nothing for this tape , it can easily withstand at 20A

and at a current density of lat say 5 A => 20Amps😀
Luka if you visit Romania i can find you this cooper foil at 20 usd per 25 meters😀😉

any ticker foil would be good for some 100A or so smps 🙂

mc 34025 seems to be like sg3525 , not too good for my application , there is time for all 😉, tomorrow i will check the leacking inductance of the transformer 😀 , i could make it rezonant LLC , but i'm afraid that 97% efficency target will miss it .
With phase shift , ZVS , it's ideal at this power level.

I have a problem , i need to switch two tranzistors in pararel irfp460 , each with 4nf gate capacitance ...that 8nf of total charge at 100khz , (without thincking at miller efect ) , so i did find some 9A ic's for those tranzistors , by using GDT , i will use this schematic for each pair of tranzistors, but i can't think on such PNP tranzistor (needs to be a digital one?) , can someone give me an ideea of what to find , the case is irelevant , sot 92 or anything else, and please comment about this circuit

The finished 5 kw phase shift SMPS , the control board in under the power board....uc3879 and tc422 with GDT , ina139 ......and many others....8 Mosfet were used , 2 in pararel , primary current 22A at 5 KW

Tomorrow ill be in cluj , no i haven't tested yet @ full power , jut at 10% with 90V at input i have to make a snubber for the rectifier , so i'm limited at almost 100V . From simulations the maximum primary current is 22A , at 85%D
