Did you say that you were intending to run another group buy? I have tried to order them from both Mouser UK and Mouser USA and it won't let me buy them from the UK!

At this rate, there does not seem to be enough interest to get a min of 60 of those units purchased and sold, which is needed to bring the price down reasonably. I am not against a group buy of these, or the R085s, but there needs to be a bit more demand.

I have successfully blown a couple of the IXTH20N50D. Mouser is out of these. Digikey is the only source. Somebody should tell them that they could sell more if they sold each separately.

Well, I tried to replace the light bulb in the Delite with a CCS.
Unfortunately, my CCS circuit was wrong and I lost two devices
in the process. If only I were a brighter bulb... 😱
Tea-bag and I spoke about doing another GB. I would be willing
to help with the GB, especially because I need those parts.

Hynes SE1 and CIRC1 amps with it.
I'm in for 10 parts, minimum. Anybody else interested?

Do you have a price on the R085 depletion mode devices yet? I didn't see it in the spreadsheet.
I do not, I would assume they are going to be between 65-70 dollars a pair, based on the one's I bought earlier this year.
I will give them a ring and see what their current qoute is from this. Hopefully the price has dropped (for both SemiSouth's)

I nixed the Ixys part of the order, as I just ordered 10 of the parts myself. I upped the Semisouth part of the order to 3 pairs from 2. How many pairs will be needed before an order can be placed, and when do you need the swag?
