Gordon Rankin did an SE807 design article back in the 90s for Sound Practice magazine. If you google you can find all of the Sound Practice magazines.

Take a look at Alex Kitic's RH807. I am in the middle of a rebuild with 6L6GC, only change I would advice is to use a stabilised voltage for g2 since his solution is adviced against in one of the tube manufacturer's literature. His RH84 is well regarded and has been built multiple times.
Depending on your listening preferences you may want to use either a 12AT7 or 12AX7 as driver.

That sounds like a line matching transformer, which for 2 main reasons isn't suitable for a SE OPT for an 807
- not gapped for DC
- 500 ohm impedance on primary is too low, even if you derate to 5W and load the 4 ohm tap with 8 ohms.

PS maybe a 6080 parafeed circuit could use this transformer
5 ~ 6 k primary, 60 mA ~ 80 mA, 7+ watts. I picked the James 6123HS which is overkill but gives flexibility to try out different tubes / configurations if I fancy that at some time in the future. (unlikely).
