Full power of this amplifier is not 900W. Power with THD 0,5% is 1200W on 4R load, and 1800W on 2R load. Output transistor must be MJL4281A/MJL4302A for maximum power. For step mosfet use IRF2807. MJL21193/MJL21194 can be used for full power on 4R load.
Transformer minimum 1500VA for one channel 4X40V AC + 2X20V for protection circuit. 2X35A bridge and 8X10000uF/63V for PSU... are you still interesting to build this amplifier?

mjl21193 250v 200w 16a
how about mj15003 250w 140v 20a
and mj15024 250v 250w 16a

many people making money of assemblying then selling like what you called "monster amp" thats not new here in our place,i'm saying this because i'm one of their victim
they build me monster amp and i pay them,i still remember as they say i will build you a thousand watts amp,he he he.that's the reason why i dig to much of this knowledge and because i'm a victim of people who take advantage to those who knew very little in this field.i'm verry thankful to all the people specially APEX for sharing their knowledge and experience in this field,and support

COOPERATION all the way otherwise this great amplifier would not have
been possible no heating problems today i will make dc protector
1 can i put 4 pairs more on same heat sink would it result in more power in 4
ohms do not want to run amp in 2 ohms
2 mj 15024 15025 available but i suspect fake transistors

H900 can have 1200W maximum on 4R load.
