Some design help please

Why not ?
If you have four of them ,you can try a compact push-pull . If the tweeter has enough sensibility ,92 dB at least ,it should match .
I'm having difficulties in finding a tweeter for such configuration ,since it has to be 96 dB and LITTLE...was thinking of some-same ring radiator with a waveguide.

I have some Dynavox LW6004PMR 6-1/2" woofers. I would like to create an MTM with the Vifa DX25TG-05-04. Idealy I would like to use a 1 cu/ft ported box.
Why you need your 1 cu/ft box. It doesn't work like that. You should have, at least, a 40L interior volume enclosure (+ vol. of drivers, port, wood), instead of the 1cuft/28L interior you ask.

Dynavox LW6004PMR 6-1/2" Woofer
Vifa DX25TG-05-04 1" Fabric Dome Tweeter

Now with a 30L/45Hz BR, and a 10L closed box for the second driver you get an interesting MTM loudspeaker.

Xover MTM Dynavox LW6004PMR 6-12 + DX25TG

MTM Xover for 2xDynavox 6 1/2" Woofers and Vifa DX25TG-05 1" Tweeter.
For simulation, gave the approx. dimensions for the front baffle (HxW): 500x220mm
(Good that the f/z data files where available for simulation)

It's Do It Yourself Audio, not Do-It-Someone-Else.

I find posts like this mildly offensive. Is there something specific you would like help with, or just want someone to do all the design work for you?

Yes, I can see how you would take it that way. Sorry about that. I may have tried to be cute by keeping the thread bumped and was definately not meant to offend.
I've been having a bit of trouble with this one because I'm moving from X-Over-Pro to PCD. I'm aware of the learning curve and my Excel is giving me some headaches but I'm determined to make the change.
I've heard that the Dynavox sounds better ported. I have a set of 1 cu/ft boxes and that's the reason for my preference. I realize that it may not be ideal for these drivers but I needed some confirmation. I will build new ones.
I have heard both the Dynavox and the Vifa in seperate systems and liked what they produced. They can certainly take a licking.

I also tried to model the box in BassBox-Pro but sadly I'm still at point zero.

...
Yes, the Dinavox is ported (BR), the second one is closed box (mid-woofer).
The best reassurance is if you can make a successful design, and test it (for you and for us). Now that was one, between a few different, of the possible MTM designs. You can see that it looks like a 3-Way design. You can also go for a pure MTM, but I will leave that at your discretion, since this design seems to work very well (with difficult/not-so-easy drivers), and a good way to start-up your project. If you leave the xover outside you can make adjusting more easy, but have in mind that, in this case, the enclosure is different/separated for both woofer/mid-woofer.

Inductor, thanks for your help.
I'm also trying to keep the price down. That 220 uF cap is about $60.00 each.
I think this is what you have in mind:
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I did a work-up in X-Over Pro and originally got this:

Your pic n.1 looks great.
You could mention better your bedroom size/living room constrictions, I/we don't know about that yet. You only mentioned a previous build enclosure you have.

picowallspeaker also mentions a small enclosure type, you should consider as an option.

Thanks for the comments about the place were I live.

Well, I'm pleased to hear about the Chemtrails.
These will be our main music speakers and we do like to crank it once in a while.
The amp is the Harman Kardon AVR 445.
The room is about 14 ft x 25 ft. (4.5 x 7.5 meters)

You show the design for a speaker, in your last, and in another previous post. Please, express your intentions in relation to the xovers and methodology (type of xover) you are working on. This is because I think that your xover wasn't adapted to this type of box, but a 3-way MTM xover I posted previously for you.😀

Inductor,
I am wide open as far as selecting a crossover type. This is well beyond my capability for design and I apologize for that. My preference would be a straight MTM two way but a three way may be the better way to go with these drivers. I also thought that these may be good for a TL like the Salk SongTower.
