Verdi Requiem -- Anja Harteros, Sonia Ganassi, Rolando Villazon, Rene Pape -- Orchestra E Coro Dell'Accademia nationale di Santa Cecilia -- directed by Antonio Pappano -- this doesn't seem to be available in the states yet, but was able to get a copy in the UK -- it lives up to its review in Gramophone!
Gabrieli Consort "A Spotless Rose" -- I don't think that it comes close to "Road to Paradise" in terms of impact, but the recording of the Josquin de Prez "Ave Maria" is quite nice (although the tempo is quite slow.) I think you are best off just getting the MP3 of track 2. The Stravinsky "Ave Maria" is an artless pedant.
Sorry, they baptised me a Lutheran.
There's always Bach and Buxtehude...at least Lutherans can sing 🙂 ...
Just picked up the new Michael Buble Cd after hearing him talk about it on CBC radio.. Sounds really good and well recorded... Definitely one to put in the player for a nice listen or a romantic evening with your significant other...

Norah Jones - The Fall - Out on 11/17/09

I’m sure that Bubble album is one that Satan plays 24/7 on his PA system down below, along with the greatest hit of Enya and Whitney Houston.

Damn,
"DOA" from Bloodrock
That's got to be on 'vinyl'!
Yep, just checked I've still got my old record, haven't even seen it in near 35yrs. 'broken bloody glass and and rock' cover.
Me? Presently, a remast James Gang's 1st: Before Joe Walsh had his self-induced 'stutter'.

I don’t currently have a Billie Holiday album in my collection. I should probably rectify that.
Now on (she’s probably a worse lyricist than KD Lang, but the band is great and she sure can sing):
