I was able to order the teflon screw at a one of the 'big' electronic retail markets in Germany. Cost is about 3.5 Euro.
I will be back in Germany in 4 weeks to pick it up and tell you then if I received the correct part.

Good news: The parts I've received are the correct parts. Cost was less than expected, 2.61 Euro a piece. So no need to re-use the old screws any more.

Need some help.....
I have a California Audio Labs Aria (first generation). It's a Philips based player. Don't know which model. The tray unit is all plastic. I believe it's CDM1. The tray doesn't want to slide out. Does anybody know how to disassemble the tray mechanism? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Mark.
