The LED bezel comes with a plastic insert. I poked a hole through it with a small screwdriver or drill bit as it has a plastic cross-piece across it, then pushed it firmly into the back of the bezel. The TOSlink cable can then be pushed through it and the bezel, and is a nice tight fit.
