Then it is more a openbaffle then a horn at 30Hz.
'Yes' and 'No'. The back path is 9.5 feet in length and flares at a 30Hz rate. The cabinet is modeled after the legacy JBL scoop cabinets and aging Jensen Imperial & Waldorf dance club cabinets designed by Richard Long during the disco era. If you look at the raw response curve the cabinet is 10dB down at 40Hz. With a 10dB boost applied it is usable to 30Hz. However 30Hz is also resonance of the drivers, so in real use an aggressive 'HI-Pass' filter must be put in place to protect them. In any case the region from 50 to 120Hz has a very natural sounding, yet explosive 'whoomp and pop' which really was the reason for this experiment.
