That bias figure sounds very reasonable and the amp should run cool with it in that range. If and when you change any more caps its worth remembering that they will not influence these adjustments at all and in any way, although that said, don't be surprised if you re-check the adjustments and find they seem slightly different... that's normal and down to different temperatures and mains voltage at the time of measurement.
