You made nice box.. I simulated AL170 in same box, but with two different tweeters and few xover modifications..Reading your other posts now...
Instead Vifa you could try Visaton KE25SC or Dayton RS28, all three have almost identical dimensions, 104-105mm..

Thanks for the compliment, I thought I was doing everything wrong. The ke25sc is a tweeter I am desiring for a while now. If ihave the financies, I'll order myself 2. My other drivers are all from flee markets. Example: bought 2x al170, dsm25ffl, w21s, g25ffl, and vifa's for 100 euro.
Visaton drivers are very good, Visaton kits are very bad..Hasn't visaton got a combo g25 already with the vib170 ?
...So many many many thanks to all who contributed...
That is good news indeed! Wish you a happy listening and lots of fun.
Hasn't visaton got a combo g25 already with the vib170 ?
You can easy make something like this.. use some parts from your xover, and put G25FFL instead of Vifa.. but problem with AL170 ringing remains, only slightly lower..
p.s. can you please give me precise position of drivers on front panel, 90-80 from your simulation is imposible and I modified it to 90-76

I can certainly concur that an evening listening to Diana Krall is not wasted:System 7
I used Lojzek's suggested crossover, combined with your 3R suggestion.
I mainly listened to tracks from
Diana Krall, Lisa Ekdahl, Miles davis, Mark Knopfler, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin. The closest to classical music I listened to was the Halo soundtrack.
The whole theory about Jazz, is you just set off without quite knowing how it will end. Miles Davis: Kind of Blue.
If I was completely honest, I would admit to being considerably less bright than Albert Einstein. Nevertheless, I enjoy great music. Even on rubbish loudspeakers.
