I used this triple some times earlier, with no problem. I will try the decoupling if facing with any oscillation or ringing.
The predrivers are KSC3503/1381 (150MHz), the drivers are 2SC4793/2SA1837 (100/70MHz), hopefully the speed will no be issue.

The local decoupling also makes the PCB layout inductance considerations
minimal. If you find your input / VAS is "on the edge" and has a very high
loop gain F (2+ mhz) , the decoupling is the best insurance to eliminate
unexpected outcomes. :D

PS - I've had excellent results with the 1381/3503 - toshiba pairing.

It's true - OnSemi are discontinuing all TO-92 transistors :( They claim the subcontractor they used to assemble the devices has discontinued the TO-92 package.

However, since they have bought out Fairchild I guess it makes sense, as Fairchild manufacture these parts too!
