The Very Best Amplifier I Have Ever Heard!!!!

Golmund clone

"(E) T11 0.6 V (E) T12 - 0.28V" only 0.88v to open "BIASED" the two MOSFET final stage seems a little, I think your amplifier works in class B. Acording by datasheet SK134,SJ49 Gate-source cutoff voltace 1.45v u. need measured around T11 E+1.45V, T12 E -1.45V for running class A-B. thermal stability remain good questions, ideally u need R20 combination or replaced with super diode circuit, Mosfet output stage and equaly biassed around 50mA for all devices. good luck.

Does anyone knows the official the value of bias mimesis 9.2 ?
With R20 330Ω gives 0.6 V - 0.28V on gates for P-N devices and about 30-40mA for each device. My devices are EXICON. +/- 70 V rails.

Have a look at post #677. I can confirm that "R20" was set to 270 ohm on the MM9.2 with A2 module and 300 ohm with A1 module.
Hope this helps

Tommy thanks for your responce
But i want practical answer if someone measure the current idle .If 100ma for each device 300mA total for one rail with 4700mf/100V......
my devices TO3 EXICON 200V with +/- 70V rail needs 390-410 Ω R20 for 100mA but the balance of Vas need lower R19-22 about 13.5-14kΩ.

Hi Kris
I'm afraid not.

Goldmund 9.2

Oh!!! my God
Now really is the best amplifier I've heard but stable and that I have constructed. The difference now is placing a special power supply front end.
Very stable +-/ 84V with ripple 1 mV under load 0.031A
Ready to run all the time.
offset now +-/ 1-2 mv.NO SERVOOOOOOO!!!
100mA for each mosfet device
Nο flicker by temperature at all.
NO flicker because of main voltage 220V~
Unlike the previous power supply front end multiple capacitance fliker !! fliker !!
No noise at all with my ear on my speaker woofers.
On resistors R14 and R15 3025mV and 3025 mV stable under full load and no flicker.
Nikos.

It's much better!

Sajti

I've tried both. Telos and Mimesis.
No, Goldmund Mimesis's sounding is better.
Goldmund Telos have sound more detail, this's will become ''dirty'' with bad recordings.
The Mimesis have more sweet, smooth. Sound is the game of the balance.
Problem is the quiescent current of LTP. Telos is 4.6mA, Mimesis 2mA.

Nice to see you in here. Are you fine?! A Long time ago...
