To answer a couple of questions: The 4 CL60's in parallel
are running about 8 amps and are about .5 ohms each,
for a 1 volt or so drop. The ripple filtering from front to back
of the supply is about 50 to one.
I use very tachyons instead of electrons, 'cause they turn
the right angle corners faster.
The amps draw about 600 watts each, and they clip at 200
into 8.

Mr. Pass, your post today was the single most inspiring event in the whole thread. I'm starting building my Aleph X today.
Since I have my A75 open and ready for mods it shouldn't be long. Initially I was thinking about Aleph2, but Aleph X will be a better choice (since I see a single ended input on back panel of your new amp, for some reason X series amps didn't have it) .
So it will be 4 banks of 4 matched devices. If everything goes OK, you can all expected next week.
