I like this one better. It is dead quiet and no turn-on thump. No hot transistors. Sound as good. It reminds me more of the FX100 than anything else. If you uild it make sure you have plenty 1N4148's. It used 10 per channel. ;)

You can use this DC protect (crowbar). With this circuit instead diac it will be activated with DC over +/-10V. Diac need +/-32V and that is to high for amps with rails under +/-40V.

That's very clever circuit - am I correct in understanding that this is a self-powered circuit that can be added across speaker terminals to clamp it in case it detects DC >10v?

Ok, maybe someone can check them before you send them off.

Terry,

I do not see any show stoppers with the layout. I did not go over each connection against the schematic. That is what a full layout s/w package is supposed to do for you :). Same goes for DRC spacing rules.
have some text on the left intersecting a trace. "pcb by ..."
Put silk for polarity outside of comp body(silk) so you can identify/check after comp is inserted!
I do see that some traces have what would be considered pad exit violation, but that is nit picking.
Hope it works out for you.

Hello guys here is the Sprint file of the Apex FR100 it came out too big but maybe some one would like to edit this one is fine please check for bugs if you guys can, I attached the schematic from the simulation so all components are identified from the schematic generated by the simulation software :) multisim 14 also multisim 14 file too :p and yes all zip files

PCB size is 118 mm x 119 mm

Best Regards
Juan

There is nice tested pcb for FR100 (post #2120) you can try pcb for FR50.
