Thank You for your supplying your home address.
I slight change to the Tolerance that has been used is made is to the Bushes OD for the Interface with the Bearing Housing Wall.
I will also receive a written advisory on the best practice for the fitting of the Bushes to the Spindle, this will be supplied when it is made available.
From our own discussions and the descriptions being offered, the Bushes are looking like their inclusion as a modification, is able to make a quite noticeable difference to the Performance, especially when compared to the original OEM parts.

Do I understand it correctly, that we don't need to further widen those bushings once installed? That would be great indeed, as it is not easy to do on the kitchen table.
I will post my contact data tomorrow, I'm just too tired now.

no jogi we still have to ream the insided diameter,its the outside diameter that has changed slightly.

yes john the new torlon bushes take the TTS to another level,this was apparent when i first installed the bearing housing and more so after using it again when i switched back from the TTS with the bearing drain rod .

Just a stupid question - why could the inside diameter not be changed as well?

They tend to close up when pressed in place which is why the final reaming is done with them fitted.

i will let you know when i've done some research i have not done any reaming myself so im in the dark as well.

I am expecting an advisory to be supplied by the Engineer producing the parts as a guidance on the best practice to fit the Torlon Bush.
This will when available be offered to the GB Members to help with their inquiries.

I was to make a visit to pick up the Bush Parts this upcoming weekend,
but a VIP Visit to my place of work has resulted in my having to be in attendance and help with preparations.
The Visit to pick up the parts has been rescheduled for the following weekend, I am sure these will be in the post in the not too distant future.

The Bush Parts are now in my possession.
I will get these ready for postage over the next couple of Days.
Hopefully this can avoid the Xmas Rush.

Are Tracking Numbers preferred by the GB Members for the posted items ?

Hi John, it is probably better to send it with tracking, as sometimes letters get lost and these parts are not easily reproducible. Good to know we are getting somewhere now...

Don't know where the other GB members are located within the EU. But maybe it's cheaper to send them all together and distribute them further within the EU.

I am with Jogi on this one - my last order from the UK was lost across the English Channel - with capacitors it's annoying because of time, but those bushings are indeed something special - hence....

At present I am sending a package to Two Addresses in the EU, does the One Address Option work for the Packages to be sent to the EU ?

I assume it's Jogi and me being inside the EU (Germany). I can offer to distribute the parts further if disered. On the other hand it shouldn't be so much if Packlink or Parcel2go is used.

just to say i received my bearings this morning from John. i will now look into a suitable quality reamer .
