I have 10VA transformer with two +12V rails, can I use it with SOAp? I mean that It will be stabilized to 10-10.5V with LM317 so supply voltage will be +-10.5V but not +-15 as in reference sheme...

I run mine at about 10v per rail as I feel it sounds better like that. The regs will run a little hotter, but don't need heatsinks.

is the 5532 decoupled as per specification.

The 32 is already unity gain stable. Do you have a scope to look at what a squarewave does as it passes from input to output?

For me...improving the quality of the in/output caps gave the most noticeable improvement.
