thanks! No i don't met any DIY specialists here in Riga. Car Hi Fi is more popular there then DIY audio projects. I know there some gays -they built gainclones etc. I also heard about some high quality tube DIY projects based on soviet GM 70 lamps but they are not finished IMHO.
DIY projects is just one of my hobbies (im not so advanced like most of guys here )- i still working to finish preamp/DAC and one small gainclone.
