a) He has not done anything against the law.
b) It is all supply and demand.

Of course he would not be able to sell them at a mark-up if they were available readily, e.g. at PassDIY.

So with the situation as is, this is capitalism at work.
Like it or not.

Have you ever seen what behind the mind
He sells 1000 PCBs to the open market, he is a housebreaker
He sells 100 PCBs to the open market, he is still the housebreaker
He sells 10 PCBs, he could be a DIYer saving economy
Anyhow, he is using other¡¯s name underneath
As a criminal suspect

Rule is rule . . .
Law is law . . .

So go and sue him. Hunt him down, make him pay for this evil act !!!!!!!!!!
But I suggest you consult your lawyer first.
Maybe you don't even have a case.

You are over-reacting
What is wrong if we respect the man who made the design
before we talk about sue, lawyer kind of things . . . ?

Nelson Pass and some are very generous
However it doesn't mean we freely use their name or design for any money

I don't read any mind of such respect from you
Hope you would understand my point

Quite wrong.
I respect him a lot for his talent, his generosity, and I thank him most sincerely for getting me hooked on this wonderful hobby.

BUT I don't make judgement on other people, and I react on facts.
In democratic societies, laws are written in law books, not on internet forums.

And I sign off from further discussion.

No need to put on the table terms like Law and Order.

Supply and demand...rolleyes...

Supply and demand is a essential for developing PS for Class A Amps . Usually we supply 2 - 3 times our demand :)

Thank God there isnt much demand for grandmothers....imagine...the rulework
