sir volmax audio at sir alvin, magkano po kuha nyo sa tdu 500 nyo?
2.9K 1set, medyo hard to find mabilisan ang pagbili hindi na ko nakuha ng discount.
sir basing from MTP60N06 specs, it is a NON-logic level mosfet (standard) with max continuous Vgs of +/-20V. Rated 60Amps Id and 100Volts max Vdss. There is no "L"suffix so it must be a standard, non-logic level mosfet. hope this helps.
@smeegle0218
Thank you very much. The mosfet was blown can't read if it has an "L" suffix
the horn is quite expensive too...2.9K 1set, medyo hard to find mabilisan ang pagbili hindi na ko nakuha ng discount.

sir you could check the Vgs drive. if it reaches |10 to 15|volts, then it is safe to use standard mosfets. but if it is just in the vicinity of 5volts, then the use of logic level mosfets is a must. (i assume you are trying to substitute it with other part number)

yes sir, actually the MOSFET was a rail switch for a 6 Kw power amplifier with all the power transistors blown (20 pieces per channel all blown, all channels blown) I am assuming that the MTP60N10 has too much gate capacitance (too slow) causing a bit of a latch up on the output rail and to add, up there were 2 mosfet (in parallel) per rail step, hence doubling the gate capacitance.

boss.. what is the size of that horn?? how much? salamat
what brand is that amp sir? 6kW!!!! wow.yes sir, actually the MOSFET was a rail switch for a 6 Kw power amplifier with all the power transistors blown (20 pieces per channel all blown, all channels blown) I am assuming that the MTP60N10 has too much gate capacitance (too slow) causing a bit of a latch up on the output rail and to add, up there were 2 mosfet (in parallel) per rail step, hence doubling the gate capacitance.

refering to sir volmax audio's driver of 1,800 php and smeegle's quote of 2,900 php. 2900 less 1800 = 1100php.. most likely can be haggled down to 1000 php...

Opps sorry it should have been alvin alvin's quote not smeegle's. sorry for the mix up
live battle amp
sir, the battle amp 1.0 looks like a T- Amp proline 3000 clone with additional output transistors, i have similar schematic if anyone is interested.
does any body now the performance of this amp. LIVE amp look like crown ma-5000 and M-AUDIO 5000

Sir i am interested to see that schematic... can you send it to my email
address? mlvnzs@yahoo.com
maraming salamat.!!!

sir, i already post the pictures and schematic.
these amp looks very similar, with minor changes in layout.
live battle 1.0 at left, proline 3000 at right picture.
