Dice45 and fdegrove is a bit of DiyAudio

At least they both are that in my mind.
I hope it is just a matter of time
before they take their places in our forum.

Time is said to heal an open wound.
In real life wounds are healed, more or less by time.

Sometimes even those who were angry with eachother
can have a very great respect for eachother.
A relation that has gone through a tough test
and survived can have grown stronger.

This is my own experiences. Of course only time will tell.
This is a thing I think they mostly have to fix
by themselves.
No one should be forced into something they do not want.
Better to respect every person's free will.
If they want to have some little help from people they can trust,
I think that is fine.

We other can have more principal debate
and by that get better prepared to face
coming situations.
Situations will always come. It is like that where so many peoples get together. It is also a sign of that we are not indifferent to eachother.
But that we have feelings and concern for the others.

Well, I have to write my book somewhere else.
So I stop my thinking here.

Re: Banned for strife

I was just reviewing this thread to see if there was anything new I should say. It seems that it has mostly been said.

And then I encounter this:
Fred Dieckmann said:
Being banned for life just ain't what it used to be is it?

You make me laugh, Fred.

I would just say that I hope that this entire DIY audio forum moves forward with lots of good exchange of ideas, audio mostly, but other ideas too. I would be happy to see both Frank and Bernhard back, personally.

I have observed though, that it seems that those who have become embroiled in the biggest of the controversies have been people who have made a very large investment of their time and emotions in participation in this forum. I don't write much, but I do read it too much. We all need to do plenty of other things to keep our lives balanced. So, I suggest we all go to a concert this weekend, to renew our recollection of what music really sounds like. It might be a nice diversion.
