Helix, have I missed something?
Have you made an enquiery in this thread or another one?

You know I would make 10 searches with www.google.com - Right Away ;)
Before I gave up on some "hard to get info".

I take a pride to be
the best and quickest answering machine on diyaudio
I have some friends in my Yahoo Messenger List,
that regulary consult me about things I do not have no idea about :cannotbe:

Within 10 minutes I can usually tell them the short story
and give them the 2-3 best links to knowledge.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Most valuable is not a lot of brain-stored knowledge,
but the "know-how to search" in a selective way.

***************************************************************

/halo - could teach himself anything, anyone of you EE or professors knows about
- but question is:

Does halo find it nesessary for him to fill his brain system with that?
Will he be more wise or less?
Is it useful or is that Overhead-data just messing up halo's mind?

 I guess you know the answers!
as the questions are very retorik - just to get you minds rolling ...:clown:
***************************************************************

And when halo is dead, buried and alone in his grave,
why did he bother with boring endless studies?
When he could've taken a beer or two with a good friend
and been diggin' Mick Jagger & the Boys at 95dB SPL.

And enjoyed being still alive :) :) :)

--------------------------------------------------------------
Necessary Skills & Smartness and Friendliness and the abilty to "Don't Worry - Be Happy !!!"
are better qualities,
than all the data & knowledge & titles & degrees in this world:

shove your papers - or start a fire with them

That's what I thought exactly until I failed all my school exams, they would not allow me search and quote from my notes when doing tests
