Yes they have just send them a email.
The make them self, they have also made the cdm9 gear again.

its been 3 years since I mailed out the wheel, just wondering is there any report of the wheel broken again?

ebay sellers seems to be all selling the brownish wheel, exactly the same color of Philips stock wheel. I wonder if they are the same wheel as mine, with just different color...

No problems apart from the wheel grinding when it opens and closes. Don't really know what is causing that, but it works.

The original brownish wheel was made for a somewhat soft plastic and thats why it was less noisy.

This thread is actually for CDM4...nonetheless, I do have a CDM9 wheel. but you may be able to get it cheaper from ebay.
