...I like the cleaner look of the clean top plate. In fact I would like to rebuild my Foreplay like Wardsweb did. Very clean. I have a picture of Wardsweb Foreplay hanging in my cube at work for inspiration..

Thanks ultrachrome, I'm glad people appreciate the time and effort that goes into my designs. Feel free to contact me anytime about any of my builds. The next being something special with some of BrianGT's boards. Finally read through all 14 pages and found the WIKI page for the 2nd round. So, I'm in the que and waiting for the buy round. I've already got some ideas in my head for something trick. Can't wait -

The second round will begin fairly soon for those who missed it.

The heatsink on the top is a vestige of version 1. It was ideally located on top for heat dissipation, but I couldn't fit the boards. The air space between the metal and the wood is a good enough convection mechanism, and finally I ended up leaving the top heatsink to visually block the holes.

Me too I'm thinking of showing off the boards better for the next version, and I was thinking maybe a plexiglass shell.

Man, I still can't finish my case bez of a problem on accessing a drill press. Hand drill is an option but the holes will not be pretty...... Why my cuousin is so busy...... btw I finished all holes drilling but I need to make "re ssit" (can't spell). After that I will use the screw to hold a frame to drill the big 1" bar........ Then andoizing it.... Better luck next week.

Back by popular demand:

I have started taking orders again for NIGC (non-inverted gainclone) basic kits and pcbs. I put a new order page up on my website at:
http://www.BrianGT.com/order
Be sure to add the appropiate shipping to your cart before checking out.

I am only offering Basic kits and PCB sets at this time. I have ordered the parts for the premium kits, and am expecting them in a few weeks. Basic kits are selling for $35, and pcb sets are selling for $15. I am keeping the prices at a reasonable level, and a portion of the profits will be donated to diyAudio.

I will start shipping out the new orders out at the end of next week.

The premium kits will be offered again in the near future, as soon as I receive the parts for them. I won't be accepting any payment for the premium kits until then. (expecting 2-5 weeks, according to manufacturer's lead-times)

Here is a link to my gallery of projects using my kits/pcbs:
http://www.briangt.com/gallery/nigc
and build pictures from my amplifier using the kit:

The Wiki here also has information on the kits:

Drop me an e-mail, or make a post here if you have any questions.

Now offering Dual Monoblock upgrade for kits

By popular request, I am now offering a monoblock upgrade for the kit, consisting of a pcb set, 8 - MUR860 diodes, and 2 - 4.7uF capacitors. This will allow you to add an extra power supply unit to your kit to run a dual monoblock setup.

The pricing is:
$18 for the upgrade with 4.7uF Panasonic FC capacitors
$24 for the upgrade with 4.7uF Blackgate N capacitors

The ordering page is here:
http://www.BrianGT.com/order

Drop me an e-mail, or make a post in this thread if you have any questions.

Note: I am unable to offer just the power supply pcb, since the pcb set is combined on a single pcb, with scoring to easily break them apart.

Just finished this morning, still waiting for another day before the hard gloss application. I did make a mistake mixed up R1 and R2 before Brian added more detail in his menu. I thought I traced through the pcb and follow the circuit diagram in the menu , but I was wrong!
I hope the caddocks are not damaged by desoldering and resoldering. Going to power it later on, taking pictures now first before it get set on fire!

Hopefully future application is to power 2 x 12inches woofers dipole to be part of the active three way. So another 2 channel of this GC is needed for total of 4 x 12inches woofers.

The JLH for ESL high power with MJ21194 in the back of the picture driving JX53 and a ribbon. The JLH for ESL original driving the JX150. The concern will be 2 X 300VA and 4 X 400VA totalling 6 Tor. transformers drawing the current:(

Thanks Brian,

That is all the picture there is. I borrowed this camera and I hated it. It is a Vivitar Vivicam.20 and is really useless. I really do need a digital camera but I spent the money on good transformers instead.

Thank you and your other half again for the group buy efforts.
Chris
