I finally managed to do some outside measurements. Thanks to Surely Bassy for the help and equipment.
Here is a picture of the measurement setup:
And the result:
Spl levels should be quite close this time as a calibrated B&K measurement microphone was used.
Flipc, I use inventor as 3D CAD, so it is not a sketchup model

Hi geitmans,
Thank you for the additonal data, and thanks to Surely Bassy too!
Great effort.
What was the internal conditon of the sub, and did you have the opportunity to experiment with damping during your measurement session? Also, do you have any impulse response data for this speaker?
Regards,

Regards,
Thanks for posting your results. It looks good at basically +/- 5db from 15-130hz. It actually looks much better than I thought it would from your close mic response you posted before and the simulated response. Other than the hump at 110hz it's impressively flat.
Was it a 1m measurement?
Was it a 1m measurement?
It was indeed a 28.3V /1 m (100W) measurement.
The speaker was with only stuffing in the throath and mouth section. We did try to change the foam but I only brought allong a very small amount of foam and the difference was almost nothing. I don't have a correct impulse respons, due to some software and amplifier problems we only got a print screen of the AP measurement .

FYI: An informative DSL SPUD review

I've been following that thread from the start. I thought there my have been a review of actual, as opposed to DIY, SPUDs.mwmkravchenko said:I did a little digging on the forum and here is something in that vein:

Different speakers.
yes the only differend is 12 inch and not 8 inch.
and just one exit, but you can see the stuffing maybe you can use that idee in the th spud.
They are dimensionally different as well, so are not the same design at all. All they have in common is Tom designed them and they are both TH.yes the only differend is 12 inch and not 8 inch.
