Thats why i wrote "choosen if one wants". But the care taken for specs in last PCB seems unite more with the care taken for the intended buffer to power.Gentlemen, it has never been my intention to layout the "optimal small-current, fixed-voltages - PSU".
.....
Best regards Ricky
... doing this with EAGLE is much simpler

Yep that's it
Gentlemen, thank you very much for all the advices it needed to do a "good" PSU for the CALVIN-buffer.
I have done some very slight, "cosmetic" modifications on my layout this morning:
- rotated the 7918 to be able to mount a small heatsink on the regulators
- adapted the bridge-rectifier to the one that my distributor has on stock
- used another output connector
I have already ordered 10 of these PCBs (size: 88x53mm, double-sided, 1.6mm FR4, 70µm copper). Two of them are reserved for my own, four of them for my best German DIY-friends, two for FdW
(if he still wants to have) - so there are 2 PCBs left. Does anybody of you want to have?
Hesener: I do not want to spoil your thread, and I want to tell you that I have the time now to go on with the build of a wooden case (thanks to Gerhard - the left case on the attached image),
housing your buffer, my buffer-PSU, my VCPre and Jean-Paul's DAC.
The case on the right is for a digital amplifier eek: : L15D) that sounds very, very beautifully!!
Best regards - Rudi_Ratlos

Ooo, how sweet is to receive letters from Alfred! As I said, the next day from BDL got its parcel, I got mine (that's what I said in reply to BDL)
When the secretary of the company I work for, saw the little PCB's, she asked me if they are some bijoux, pendants or earrings. Like the Paradise pcb's, very good quality.
Thank you
Alfred, Calvin and the others
