to the contray I've heard several versions of MBL systems ranging from small 2 way to larger stand and floor mounting 3 way melons driven by various MBL amps and preamps and found them to be some of the nicest systems I've heard under show limitations.
Thier system at Montreal's Son y Image show last year with copies of master tapes from Abbey Road studios was one of the most transparent, dynamic, non fatiguing exhibits I 've heard. Listening to Zepplin II, Talking Heads, Bruce Springstein uncompressed master tape dubs made a number of us realize how we'd listened to crap 4 or 5 th generation compresssed, poorly mastered transfers all our lives......

Mmmmmmm.... Chooooocolate....

Oh it's a sad, sad day.

First I hear that MBL and Boulder have eight legs and then I read this quote
from Mark Levinson:

"Steve Eddy is a psychologically ill man who needs professional help. Steve
Eddy is not his real name. He is facing legal action for his illegal activities
that include extortion, harrassment and defamation of character."

What has this world come to? I am shocked! Shocked, I say!

Thanks for that, Nelson. I see that post was written just this past January, nearly three years after I'd last posted in the comments there. Could have been written by anyone of course but I'm going to have it looked into.
