Yess we need a buffer, and ne5532 with 20v
En more
how much output, mosfet = 8 volts. and the old ne5534 no not me.
have you .asc?.

I did drawn it, the 15 volts are not enough or you want low power, with the buffers, then you need there much higher voltage otherwise one side clips earlyer (voltage - voltage needed for bias)
Wthe te buffer it works.
A compound hybrid can work here if you let it give x4.
regards
I look if I find the simulation that I tried but it did not work
on output I need only one 16A latfet with 35V supply, so NE5532 is enough
with 20V supply
for a fet you need 8 volts higher input then output, a compound can prevent that because it is a local feedbacked output stage.
This is the best Function/price I recommend. I have regrettably without the generator (45$) as I didn't knew it can use it to trace automatically frequency response/phase curves . 8 bit is just enough to measure distortion with spectrum analyzer down to 1% or else 12bit is to choose about 95$.I will try a montage with 2SK1058, too scared to burn my ecw20n20
what do you recommend as usb oscilloscope?
ISDS205B 5 IN 1 Multifunctional PC Based USB Digital Oscilloscop/Spectrum Analyzer/ DDS/Sweep/Data Recorder 20M 48MS/s Free Ship-in Oscilloscopes from Tools on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
I tried to create TSM file for 20N20 from the spice model you gave , unfortunately Tina sees syntax error.

Hello, What do you use as driver on this compound with ECW20N20 ? Waiting to have my oscilloscope to test the lme49830 without output, I simulated some discret amp based on yamaha circlotron : Nextcloud circlotron diyaudio I created a public space on my site, where we can upload and read file ... for diyaudio the root directory : Nextcloud diyaudiothis output stage does give extra gain, it is a compound with gain. the irf driver can also be a bjt then it is a hybrid. quite liniair too. regards

The lateral mosfet has quite low gate capacitance, so this need not such a big driver, do you want use a bjt (hybrid) or a mosfet for drive? for both it is not critical, but how better the current to drive the wider the bandwith afzuse, a 500 mA to 1 amp is enough, or the irf610 ir itf 6910 mostet as drive what I did.

I prefer bjt for low capacitance but mosfet should be more stable ?
Mosfets are more prone for oscillation because of gate capacitances, who can couse fase shift, so proper idle current driver do work keeping fase to zero.
thank you
could you post a version with 35v on output and with model in the schematic ?
with model i found, i have more distortion with mosfet
could you keep 20n20 for output mosfet ?
the ksa1220 must not be better driver than mje ?
