..and btw according to the Pics the guessed Transistors Sanken 2SC6145 and 2SA2223 are correct.
must be another amp
I've found a high-res pic http://img3.audio.de/Dan-D-Agostino-Momentum-C-b159982d-64845804.jpg
Judging by the hurd of TO92s in parallel, there's a fair bit of KAV300i heritage in there.
Yes, I think it is based on the 300i using more transistors in parallel to get a different distortion profile.

Any news ?I am still looking for the schematic.

bipolar (bjt) transistor families for audio power output stages
shows a good picture.
Despite the high price range, no outdoor power supply with additional choke (air coil) is used here. The internal torodial transformer near by the signal pads and only rectifiers/caps for the ac/dc converting are great disadvantages in general.
On this price range I expect an outdoor power supply equipped with parts like follow:
1) Transformer (6-8 pcs per channel)
Netzgerat ABN Transformator 12 VAC, 500 W, IP20 | Netzgerate Innenbereich (CV) | Netzgerate | Zubehor | Deko-Light
or

2) Electrolytics e. g. from this brand in Germany
Aluminium-Elektrolytkondensatoren von FTCAP - FTCAP GmbH
and the versions under

or

3) Chokes

I strongly recommend to Mr. Dan d'Agostino to take a look at Nelson's "XS 300" - go to

According fig. 9 under
Dan D'Agostino Momentum monoblock power amplifier Measurements | Stereophile.com
the question in the headline must be answered clearly with a no.
When the residual distortion would look like in fig. 5, under
Pass Labs Aleph 3 power amplifier Measurements | Stereophile.com
then the answer would be yes.
Another important reason that Mr. Dan d'Agostino should take advice from Mr. Nelson Pass for better acoustical results.

Using Many Small Signal Transistors Paralleled in place of one output Transistor
shows the schematic to Krell's FPB300C - I think very similar to this amp.
