rensli: And a specific CPU model will generate better sounding currents? For me the best sounding CPU is the one which does not need any fan.

I did not yet say anything about CPU, but powerhungry CPU will draw more currents from 12V rails, those PSU unit will be hotter in average, temperature in a case also affected.

Its a matter of trying, few cheap psus with different AC line filterings(sometimes less is more)

Mediocre CPU and MB with better PCIe contacts. Dont need to think over the top.

Energy efficiency is the way to go imo :P

Rensli:
Power is generated by a rotating magnetic or electromagnetic field.
To have magnetic wires...you need to revise your basics.

He wants to reuse a 10 Euro CPU...that is the issue.
Read my earlier posts.
Better to buy the newest bundle, within budget.
VIA and Gigabyte also make fan less motherboards with embedded CPU.
Worth looking at.

Intel 110 to 270 are the matching chip sets.It is a Quad Core 2.7 GHz CPU.

Find whatever suits you best and matches your memory (if alive) and power socket.
HDMI would be nice.

Moving magnet and wire relative to each other generates current.
How relevant is that to this post?

That series of motherboards not listed in Delhi market...
Buy a good one if you can.
Or go for a later version, the boards are cheap, the CPU is not.
