Data sheet figure 6 showing the transfer characteristics depicts some weird looking reverse bending (definitely not linear) curves.

Hi Nelson, have you any comment on the Toshiba TK9J90E or TK20J50D(F) that might be able to be used in the CCS position of a J2 clone or similar amp output topology? Both are readily obtainable and not obsolete (as yet anyway).

TK9... , judging by data on Miaouser page , is silly - with 1R3 for Rds-on

TK20... is much better , but nothing to write home about , when looking at old venerable IRFP240

remember that upper one is "just" current follower , sort of ?

you need voltage window of at least 250mV , to squeeze opto in

though , maybe you'll get lucky , to tie gates ditto together ?
