I bought a set of the SK180 and they arrived today. Thanks to @Soundhappy for pointing me to a good seller.

Now I just need a recommendation for the best project. I have THF-51S going into a SissySIT, so maybe a Singing Bush? Recommendations appreciated.

I snagged a pair of the THF-51S devices as well. Been curious about the SissySit, so these will probably go in that. I also have a pair of 2SK182E for the Singing Bush, and a pair of 2SK180 for a DEFiSIT variant of some sort.

Diyers can buy 2SK180 matched quartet's for 75Watt's Vfetron amp.
Cost is going high!

The reason is because the C and D range Tokin batch was a curve tracer tested by friend Jama and with Dady amigo collaboration.
All shows us relative consistent characteristics, if you get a pair from the same box.
Anyway, today you can get matched Sit's from verified seller's , was not that easy a 5 ~ 4 year's ago
