I tried it some month ago and it was a completely different sound, more highs, more presence, more details.....
But I liked also the somewhat darker sound of the 9610 and I found them to be a little more dynamic...
So I could decide what I liked more and

just rework CCS , drain resistor and let them (LTP mosfets) bleeeeeeed !
just one of ideas ....... ( instead of just making it plain Aleph J )

I know this is an older thread, but I'm trying to find out which resistors' values need to be changed in order to use a pair of ZVP3310's for Q101 and Q102, while leaving Q103 as a IRF9610?
I'm assuming R106 and R108 need to be changed, but to what values so as to not "cook" the 3310's?
Would it be a good idea to use trimmers(or trimmers with a resistor in series) in place of those resistors?

just toss them in
they will be at less than 50% of allowed dissipation
though , you can use some sort of common cooler for them (Q101 & Q102) , to cool them a little and keep them on same temp

Okay, for some reason I was under the impression that they might be operating near their limits without some resistor changes.
Perhaps because of their smaller TO-92 package.
