These are cheap and cheerful and of decent quality. All have adjustable end stops so either would work OK.

if it's advertised for audio, fair to assume it's non-shorting as well?
Those Lorlin switches are very good value for money. You could make something a lot better and cheaper than that design from Douk
I thought so. Smaller too...i'd probably 3D-print an enclosure (unless there would be shielding issues...maybe better shielded wires?).
