No. i repaired all the regulators properly it made no difference at at. the drive and all just keeps cutting off and one.

on the tabs of the mjd44h11g regulators its only starting at .321 / 1.231vdc over and over again

I was referring the the LM317/337 regulators.

You seem to be going using B+, no B+. For every post, list what you have, B+ connected or no B+.

no none are bad or shorting to the Mesha insulator.
i had the bd card removed from the amp. all the regulators had the proper voltages on them, so I reinstalled the bd card and the amplifier goes directly into thermal protection.Yellow Light is flashing - - - - -

What's the circuit board designation of the LED that's flashing?

The reason I'm questioning this is because I don't think that any thermal protection passes through the BD board.

Cool all of the ICs on that BD board until they all turn white with frost/ice and power the amp up. They will all begin to defrost but should do so slowly. Do you have one that defrosts from the center very quickly?

If so, it could be defective if all of the regulated voltage are within tolerance. .
