Cool all of the ICs on that BD board until they all turn white with frost/ice and power the amp up. They will all begin to defrost but should do so slowly. Do you have one that defrosts from the center very quickly?
If so, it could be defective if all of the regulated voltage are within tolerance. .

Here is what i have at present. New filter caps. lm5110 new. Dc voltage match.
regulators are all at the correct output voltages.
i have a 40hrz signal at the pin of the bd card, it adjusts with the gain pot.
none of the ic in the daughter cards seem to heat up faster than the others.
-2.54vdc at the speaker terminal.
No audio.
No rail at the outputs
