No. i repaired all the regulators properly it made no difference at at. the drive and all just keeps cutting off and one.
on the tabs of the mjd44h11g regulators its only starting at .321 / 1.231vdc over and over again

I was referring the the LM317/337 regulators.
You seem to be going using B+, no B+. For every post, list what you have, B+ connected or no B+.

no none are bad or shorting to the Mesha insulator.
i had the bd card removed from the amp. all the regulators had the proper voltages on them, so I reinstalled the bd card and the amplifier goes directly into thermal protection.Yellow Light is flashing - - - - -

What's the circuit board designation of the LED that's flashing?
The reason I'm questioning this is because I don't think that any thermal protection passes through the BD board.

Cool all of the ICs on that BD board until they all turn white with frost/ice and power the amp up. They will all begin to defrost but should do so slowly. Do you have one that defrosts from the center very quickly?
If so, it could be defective if all of the regulated voltage are within tolerance. .

OK I'll preform that test. Also all the filter caps test at 2800uF I believe they should be at least 3100uF. I don't know if that is enough to make a difference?
ok so switching all the cards to know good cards .
No audio at speaker terminal.
Audio is present on the pin on the bd card.
what or were else could stop the audio

For testing, the filter caps are good enough.
Do you have rail-rail oscillation?
Are you saying that you swapped in known good driver boards and the amp still won't produce audio?

Here is what i have at present. New filter caps. lm5110 new. Dc voltage match.
regulators are all at the correct output voltages.
i have a 40hrz signal at the pin of the bd card, it adjusts with the gain pot.
none of the ic in the daughter cards seem to heat up faster than the others.
-2.54vdc at the speaker terminal.
No audio.
No rail at the outputs

I think you're referring to the SMD transistors that are used as voltage regulators. The part number is MJD44H11G.
The large blue resistor R9 sometimes breaks loose from the board and causes intermittent problems.
