Renesas distributor just informed me that:

Supplier feedback due to factory is in full capacity now, most of the mosfet are being push out.

So the 2SK1058-E/2SJ162-E will be delayed.
The whole semicon industry seems to be overloaded with orders.

2SK246-BL will be in next Month, so no problem with the pair.
For 2SJ74V, I do not have them and will not have them, blame Toshiba for that.
I'm only aware of borbely audio and bdent have them.
You can either wait faithfully for linear system to make LSJ74C, or buy them at COST while you still can.

So in the next month can you select for me only pairs k246/j103 with idss over 10 mA?
As you know BL grade is for idss from 6 to 14 mA, but i have interest to buy jfets only over 10 mA.

Juma informed me that he made pretty likable and decent amp , F5-like , with 3 pairs of 2SK2013/2SJ313 ; I'm curious - when they will change status from TBA to TAH (They Are Here :rofl: ) ?

that's good investment , certainly - they're good as drivers and also as multiple outputs for smaller amp .

'till then I hope that my J2 will sing , same as at least one different solution for amp with made of preputium SemiSouth critters .
