All the reflected sound isn't really my cup of tea, but I commend you on the design and on your musician skills. As a fellow musician and sax player, I can appreciate your approach.
Sax is an incredibly difficult instrument to play back in a believable, visceral way on a pair of speakers, especially on dipoles like that.
I'd like to hear some more staccato playing to get an idea of the energy decay in the room. I'd also like to hear the live recording and speaker playback without the YouTube audio codec messing with it.
There's definitely alot of energy going everywhere and that makes it hard to discern the actual balance in sound, even moreso being a YouTube clip. Must have been hard to EQ.
