Component question.
I know Mr Mantz suggested MJE15031 and I don't want to deviate from his renowned knowledge and thank him wholly for providing advice, but I actually have some new MJF15031 units here. The difference seems to be that the E has 50w dissipation at Tc, and the F has 36w dissipation. Compared to the B631K with only 8w dissipation. Otherwise both the E and F parts seem similar.
If needed I have a lot of individual syncs I can use to help with heat if that is an issue? There are only 6 Fets in this amp...

The F has lower ratings because it's encapsulated. That reduces its ability to transfer heat to the heatsink. It's far better than the original driver transistor.
